We are very pleased with our experience today with Queen City Plumbing and Heating. Alex and Topher did a great job in a very tight space adjacent to a balcony in our co-op. They persisted and perspired but never got discouraged! We appreciate your ingenuity and years of experience to install our new HVAC and to make sure that it is running properly. We had the pleasure of working alongside Queen City on a construction project. Tyler was absolutely on top of it! Their excellent communication, dedication to customer service, and high quality work made working with them top notch!

Outstanding service from Queen City - our heating went down and Danielle was able to dispatch help within a few hours (responsiveness is so critical in these situations). TJ was really terrific (he is a tremendous ambassador on the “front line”) - he has a great personality/attitude, and got to the root of the problem. Our unit is old and requires replacement (it was only a matter of time before this happened) - subsequent conversations with Tyler were a continuation of the excellent service (timely response, transparency on options/pricing, and great attitude). Highly recommended. If you need service - get them to send TJ if he’s available!! Update to my review following installation of our new HVAC unit (2/19/25): Continued excellent experience with Queen City. Professional and friendly team (Jaren and Fernando). Great communication throughout scheduling and the install process. Very tidy working style and approach. Cannot recommend these folks too highly

A1 service!! This is the first time we've used the QC Heating and Air side but the 2nd time we have used the company. Our Heating and Air tech Matt was great. He was very knowledgeable of the issue we were experiencing and what the best solution would be. He explained what was needed in detail and provided pictures as a point of reference. Matt also provided additional proactive tips for visible things that are almost at end of life. This was good to know so we can plan accordingly and soften the shock when and if something happens later on. Overall, great service and would recommend Matt for any of your H&A needs.

Matt and Alex did great job in installing HVAC system. They were right on time, made sure the floor was not scratched and cleaned any debris after the installation was done. They also communicated regularly on how the installation was progressing. I highly recommend Queen City Heating and Air Conditioning for any A/C work.

I called Queen City on Friday night after hours. They sent Matt out on Saturday at 7:00 pm to fit our schedule. Matt quickly fixed our problem, discussed some troubleshooting points and pointed out some things to keep an eye on. I was very impressed and signed up for a maintenance plan that evening. Very happy with responsiveness and result.
